Saxophonist Carson Freeman, named the 2010 Canadian Smooth Jazz Wind Instrumentalist of the Year, has quietly crafted a unique style that catapulted him into the spotlight. He’s shared the stage with Grammy winners like Michael Bublé and Diana Krall, performed for celebrities, and joined Andy Kim’s band in 2017. Beyond music, Carson showcased his cooking skills on “Come Dine With Me Canada,” winning first place. Currently working on his debut album, he’s also leading a live show, “The History of the Saxophone,” spanning seven decades of popular saxophone music.
