Jordana Talsky is a Toronto-based singer, recording artist, and live performer who brings something fresh and distinctive to every event, while remaining reliable and versatile across a wide range of musical styles. From jazz, pop, soul, funk, and rock to cabaret, world music, and a cappella, Jordana performs in multiple languages—including English, French, Portuguese, Italian, and Hebrew—and adapts seamlessly to solo, small ensemble, or large band settings.
Trained in opera and classical music, Jordana combines expressive range with creativity and improvisation. Her live performances often feature electronic vocal looping that layer vocal harmonies, effects and percussion, and blend original material with inventive reinterpretations—merging the artistry of a vocalist with the flexibility and energy of a DJ.
With over a decade of continuous performance experience, Jordana has appeared at the Toronto Jazz Festival, SingStrong Festival (New York), Summerfest (Milwaukee), Live at Heart (Sweden), Soulshine Festival, and residencies at Toronto’s top jazz venues, as well as stages across Canada, the U.S., and Europe.
As a recording artist, she has released three albums, with international radio play and placements in film, television, and digital media. Her work has been recognized by CBC Searchlight, the John Lennon Songwriting Competition, the Sarah Vaughan International Vocal Competition, and the Julian Award for Emerging Canadian Artists.
In addition to her solo performances, Jordana undertakes session session and voiceover work for other artists and media projects. Her versatility and depth make her an ideal choice for any live event.
